Sometimes as humans we need to step back and learn to cope with the current situation before we can move ahead and conquer it. You need to know your enemy before you engage in battle.
It&#039;s okay to pause and reflect, just don&#039;t stop. Keep the end result in mind and that will help bring you through.</description>
